Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹5,000
- Flat ₹200 shipping fee on orders up to ₹5,000
In a small number of remote / special service zones, additional charges may apply. If applicable, we'll always inform you before dispatch.
Dispatch Timelines
We process orders all 7 days of the week, subject to courier pickups, stock availability, and holidays.
- In-stock products: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Sourced-on-order products: Some products may carry a tag indicating delayed availability or sourcing timelines. If so, dispatch timelines shown on the product page will apply.
- Public holidays / Sundays: Orders may still be processed internally; courier pickups may be delayed depending on partner operations.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive shipment details via email / WhatsApp where applicable.
Courier partners may include: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Porter / Rapido / local partners (Bengaluru).
Address Changes
You may request changes to shipping address before dispatch only. Once shipped, modifications may not be possible.
Failed Delivery / RTO
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailable repeatedly, refusal to accept delivery, or incomplete contact details — reshipping charges may apply.
Damaged Delivery / Transit Issues
Mandatory Claim Requirement: Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:
- Sealed outer package before opening
- Shipping label visible
- Entire opening process
- Internal condition and damage clearly shown
Claims without an unboxing video may be difficult to validate.
Report window: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Depending on severity, resolution options include store credit, partial refund, replacement (if feasible), or return + refund. We understand board gamers care deeply about box condition too.
Order Errors / Stock Errors
Very rarely, pricing or inventory errors may occur. If so, we may cancel the order with a full refund.
High-Risk Orders
To protect customers and platform integrity, some orders may be verified or cancelled before dispatch.
